Joseph and Rachel Lowe have been licensed for less than a year and within their first week of fostering they received their first placement of twin toddlers. From the very beginning they made contact with the children’s birth family to set up communication and visitation. They treat the boys as if they are their own and they take them with them on all of their family vacations.
"We love watching the boys as they thrive, flourish and grow. Watching them come into their own little personalities is truly amazing to watch and to know that we have helped to make that impact, makes it that much more rewarding.
For anyone who has had it on their heart to foster a child in need, we would absolutely encourage you to do so. There is a great need for loving homes in the community and you have the chance to make a positive impact on the lives of children who need it so desperately."
