Hello, if you have been instructed by your case managment agency to get fingerprints, you will need to gather the following documents, then CLICK HERE to schedule online or call 863-519-8900 x281 to make an appointment.

Out of respect of our clients' time, we do not take walk-ins.

Schedule Appointment

Please allow 10-20 minutes per person for fingerprints.

You will need the following items when you come to your appointment:

• Primary Identification - A current, valid, and unexpired government issued photo ID such as a Drivers License, State Identification card, Passport or Military ID.
• If you do not bring your social security card, you will need to know your social security number to complete the paperwork.
