This is a professional position with a primary function of providing background-screening services to providers, internal departments and HFC customers; conducting live scans, monitor results data and verify information accuracy.

- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with HFC customer
- Perform livescan and fingerprint card processing for caregivers, employees and volunteers; which may include evenings and weekends
- Maintain background screening tracking logs
- Obtain screening results from the clearinghouse and via email and convey to HFC Licensing, case management and adoptions
- Research and resolve issues with regard to missing or delayed results
- Assist with reconciliation between data systems
- Serve as a member on committees as deemed necessary
- Serve as backup for ICPC/OCS, Diligent Search and Facilities
- Perform special projects as assigned

High school diploma or GED required. One to two years’ experience in child welfare. One to two years' experience in child welfare. ?
