This is a professional position responsible for assisting the completing and processing diligent search requests.

- Establishes and maintains positive working relationship with HFC internal and external customers
- Performs Diligent Searches for all absentee parents within Circuit 10 by utilizing tracking systems to locate parents (internet, LE, DOJ. Accurint, DOT, mailings and any other search engines necessary); for any parent not located, an Affidavit of Diligent Search will be filed with Dependency Court for any Court actions deemed necessary
- Research, download, redact and print cases as requested by various agencies or individuals
- Serve as backup for Live Scan fingerprinting and assist with answering calls/scheduling appointments
- Perform special projects as assigned

HS Grad or GED required.

Bachelors degree in Social Work or related field stongly preferred. Experience in child welfare system preferred. Case management experience is most desirable
