This is an executive management position responsible for overseeing Quality & Contract Management, Administrative Services and Front-End Operations that lead organizational/system of care processes and quality improvement activities within Heartland for Children and with contracted service providers.

- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with HFC customers
- Provide oversight to Quality and Contract Management, Administrative Services and Front-End Operations
- Lead organizational and system of care process and quality improvement activities
- Participate in the agency strategic plan and leads quality improvement processes
- Develop, negotiate and finalize contracts
- Understand and execute Heartland for Children’s contract with the Department of Children and Families
- Provide oversight and participate in accreditation activities with Heartland for Children and the Council on Accreditation
- Assist contracted providers with initiatives that will help drive system wide performance
- Make recommendations to the executive team on performance, funding and quality enhancement opportunities
- Support and navigate data requests for the organization from internal and external customers
- Represent Heartland for Children in statewide or national meetings
- Co-facilitate Parent Advisory Council meetings
- Assist group home providers with cocreating their programs to meet the unique needs of the youth needing placement
- Assist with responses to State or Federal government related to investigations or case reviews of cases
- Provide assistance in responding to the judiciary in the 10th Circuit court and DCF Children’s Legal Services
- When called upon by the executive management team, assist individual case managers, their supervisors and CBC personnel on strategies in pending cases
- Perform special projects as assigned

- Bachelor’s degree in Social Services, Health Care, Business or related field required. Requires a minimum of three to five years of professional experience in the related field & supervisory experience. Requires an ability to be flexible and change activities quickly. Requires ability to successfully adjust priorities to meet operational needs. Must possess professional demeanor and judgment, and be able to make quick and accurate decisions independently. Must also have strong programmatic and operational experience.

Master’s degree preferred.Extensive experience in child welfare and/or child abuse prevention preferred.
