GREAT NEWS! We are excited to share that Heartland for Children was awarded the 2024 Impact Polk grant in the amount $10,000 for our project “Creating Safety and Security for Children in the Child Welfare System.”
HFC's commitment to building community partnerships has helped improve and provide quality services for the children and families in our community. The staff works with our school liaisons to ensure that our families receive the support that they need to care for our children.
