Meet Gavin! This little guy is sure to tug at your heartstrings. He is making slow but steady strides and is able to scoot around the house! He has learned to hold on to things and stand up for short periods of time. Gavin really enjoyed getting his picture taken and looking at himself in the ‘selfie mode’ of the camera! He also enjoys spending time in his cuddly crib. Gavin is a described as strong child that has overcome the many challenges life has brought him. Gavin would benefit from a family that can meet his special needs now and in the future.
