This is a professional position responsible for the management and oversight of Kinship Support for the Caregiver Support Department.

- Establish and maintain positive working relationship with HFC customers
- Identify, establish and maintain positive working relationships with resources within our community for caregivers
- Manage and provide supervision of kinship support positions
- Review reports and data of new families entering system of care to assign to kinship for expedited contact
- Ensure contact with caregivers and follow up on services is completed in a timely manner
- Participate in staffing’s as needed and ensuring proper steps are taken in the event of any concern that requires elevation
- Assist in maintaining documentation of data in the appropriate spreadsheets/database.
- Participate in HFC management meetings and other meetings to provide department updates as needed
- Completes special projects as assigned within designated time frames
- Provide coverage or assistance to kinship support positions and caregiver support groups as needed
- Training provided to staff and stakeholders as needed
- Perform special projects as assigned

Bachelors degree in Social Work or related field and two years of experience working with caregivers in child welfare setting required
